East of Holbrook, AZ along the I-40 freeway the local Indian tribe has built a very nice dinosaur museum. It offers both a good inside display and a fairly long drive that lets you see a lot of the area, where these creatures used to roam. This is at the edge of the Petrified Forest National Park and has a lot of petrified logs to view. There are many large statues of dinosauers that have been built depicting what we think these looked like, and here is a photo of one of those scenes:
If you ever have the chance to visit this area, be sure to include this museum as well as the Petrified Forest NP and the Painted Desert which is included in the NP.
