Just a short one for tonight

It has been awhile since my last post and we did make the trip to Eastern Washington with the Toyota Prius and I do have more to post, but just not enough time tonight. So, I thought I'd slip in something that a friend sent me from a book titled, "Disorder in the American Courts." There are quite a few others but this is perhaps the best. If I have any attorneys who read this, my apologies, although I am sure that this would not be you.....

ATTORNEY: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for blood pressure?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for breathing?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy?
WITNESS: No..
ATTORNEY: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
WITNESS: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.
ATTORNEY: I see, but could the patient have still been alive, nevertheless?
WITNESS: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law.

I sincerely hope that didn't really happen.

I've read that before, and i sincerely hope it did happen, because it's quite funny.

I love it! That's been my experience with the judicial system! BTW, thank you for stopping by my blog. I am so happy you enjoyed my photography.

Cheers!

Sounds like you are enjoying the new car. We purchased a 2008 Toyaota Matrix and are very happy with it. Although I was sad to say goodbye to our old minivan. But we were going across Canada in the summer and needed to make sure we would get the trip done without a hitch!

That's great! Love the joke! My mom-in-law has a Prius, she loves it too. The only thing I don't like is she always drives soooooooooooo slow trying to get the best gas mileage :).
